Do you qualify to become a surrogate?
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Given birth successfully
- Given birth 5 or less times
- Be a non-smoker in excellent health
- Be within a healthy height and weight ratio (BMI under 33)
- Be willing to take IVF meds/injections
- Pass medical screening
- Not currently taking anxiety or depression medications
- Able to travel for the embryo transfer (this usually requires flying within the United States)
- Access to childcare
- No more than 2 c-sections (some IVF clinics allow 3 c-section)
- Not currently breast feeding
- No tattoos within last year
- Have transportation
- Have a support system (spouse, mom etc.)
- We do not work with women in Nebraska or Louisiana
- If you have had a tubal thats ok. The baby you carry will not have your DNA & will not be related to you
- If married, your husband must also agree to complete medical screening (done locally)
- Legal/Travel will be paid by the intended parents as well as medical.
- Once pregnant, you select an OB & hospital & the intended parents will travel to you!
- The Covid shot is not a requirement
- Not receiving public assistance
- Agree to a background check
- No health issues
- Have a history of healthy pregnancies
- No need to travel to us but all surrogates must agree to meet virtually
- You must Provide documentation stating that you are healthy to carry a pregnancy

Surrogate Compensation
• Surrogates set their own reasonable base compensation.
•Get paid monthly throughout your pregnancy per your legal contract
•Surrogates with surrogate friendly insurance can ask for a higher fee
